Amazing Kids Club

During my stay in March 2024, I was delighted by the kids club at the Novotel Karon Beach. It offered a variety of engaging activities for my children, including fun foam parties by the pool. I loved that I could leave them there for a couple of hours knowing they were well cared for, while I enjoyed some 'me time'. The free activities like the Zorb ball were a huge hit!

Delicious Breakfast Variety

In April 2024, I found the breakfast selection at the Novotel Karon fantastic. Each morning, the buffet offered a variety of choices including fresh fruits, pastries, and delicious items like chicken Katsu. The option to try different cuisines each night was appealing, adding variety to our dining experience.

Great Pool Experience

Staying in May 2024, the pool facilities were a highlight of our trip. The main pool had a swim-up bar which was lovely. My family enjoyed the foam parties and the glow parties. The atmosphere was lively and made for a fun-filled stay, especially for the kids who were never bored!

Relaxing Spa Days

In June 2024, I indulged in the spa facilities at the resort, and it was wonderful. The large spa area, located near Champions bar, allowed for quiet relaxation away from the main pool. The attentiveness of the staff and the serene ambiance contributed to a truly rejuvenating experience.

My stay at the Novotel Karon Beach was truly delightful. The hotel is strategically located at the quieter end of Karon Beach, which means restful days by the sea. I found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and the staff were unbelievably helpful. The dining options were generally good, although breakfast could use some improvement in terms of efficiency. The facilities like pools were enjoyable, but some maintenance is needed in certain areas. Overall, a lovely resort with great potential but with a few areas that could enhance the experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the friendly staff and luxurious amenities. The rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The dining options were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, although I had a little issue at the restaurant with a promotional ticket. Nevertheless, overall it was a fantastic experience in a great location, just a short walk from the beach.
